The Endless Surf.

The real perpetual motion machine. When the swell reaches a ratio of seven to one with the bottom near the shore, it turns into a wave, curls and breaks. The ocean itself is like a soup or a brew full of organic material and innate elements. 

This is evident from the white foam or froth that laces the shore constantly. Part of the sound of the seaside is the fizz of the millions of tiny bubbles everywhere within earshot. The p.h. of the sea is almost a match to that of human blood. It's as if we carry bits of the sea within our own bodies.

It's as though we lost touch with our relationship with the ocean and the cosmos. Our activities, our fears, our amusements and all else have preoccupied our time and have distracted us from what we are really a part of.

It's as I wrote in my song "Anger":
"I saw the planets wend their way above man's sense-filled local sights,
For in man's blood pumps an ocean's spray. Too loud, man's finite plights."
