speed of light: fractional delay
The speed of light may actually be not a particle traveling at all. It may actually be a
nudge of any quanta we deem a light source into a substantive element pervading all matter that produces a virtually equal
nudge at the point of the receptor with only a fractional delay. The quantitative delay from
origin to reception times distance indicates a travel through a substance. Therefore the speed of light is the rate of transmission, much like sound traveling through air or water or even solids.
