The Key to Success In Big Business
-- is to put an uneducated man or woman in charge of the company. They will acquire the knowledge along the way, but not loose the ability to use it.
The educated people need some nice little institution somewhere where they can all be kept out of situations they can't handle. Give them their pink slips and retire them early to little suburban castles with a grub stake and keep them out of critical organizations they inevitably will mess up. They have knowledge but not the ability to use it.
It is virtually impossible for the human brain to amass true knowledge on the
massive levels the universities try to cram it in with their graduate and
baccalaureate programs in the time allotted. It must be balanced by
intervals of practical hands-on experience or all you've got is a bunch of
flunkies with nothing more than a symbolic qualification.
All educated knowledge is associated with an illusion. The campus of dreams. Dream on and let the remnant of those who found things out in the real world run the corporations, before any more
irreparable damage is done.
