The Little Nipper
First of all, hi to all the guys at little nipper (nipr.mil). What's up? ...trying to shut down the internet in the name of United States defense or what? (unless you're on to something the rest of us with our outdated equipment don't know, such as others hacking into our websites that you're trying to track). See. We may need to know more than you think. An uncontrolled internet is not the tenth as dangerous as uncontrolled business, especially the oil business.
