The Priority in South America
I have been there. The first priority in helping South America to become a developed trading partner is to get in there and eliminate the parasite problem.
I'm still fighting my problem after being in just one little section of the continent.
The treatment I'm using just expunges the critters from the intestines. The trick is to use tight underwear briefs and coat the mid section with lindane. That's right. Lindane.
The Next problem is the heat. In order for workers to attain an optimum level of productivity, they have to be refrigerated and function at 70 degrees
Fahrenheit. This may seem to be prohibitive in expense, but the return on this can be exponential.
The improvement will be partially immediate but the main effect will be seen two generations from
implementation.
The advantage is that the South American populous is robust and has a potential for
brilliance due to the disparate nature of it's gene pool.
