The Stuff Dreams Are Made of

So. We now know (took you long enough) that without sleep an organism dies. At least organisms with brains such as fruit flies.

There may be a part of such higher organisms that actually is not made of matter therefore it may be assumed that the sustenance of such aspects of the organism that is non-material must also not be matter.

This is the stuff dreams are made of, and also other aspects of the non-material reality from whence they come. It seems to consist of meanings and realities that are endowed with symbolisms of instructive sort of detailisms of relevance, and it may also be that this stuff emits recordings, as it were, of activity, including the type that is negative to it's realm, causing what seems to be a sort of retributive element to emerge that directly in certain ways, affects our physical realm.

It may even be that dreams during a dormant phase contribute to that sustenance if not actually be that sustenance.
