For Travelers to Feel Reliefby Paul Hall, 20th of April, 1986, Tenant Creek, Australia
The Gold brush of a desert grass dots the clay's deep red. And from this floor, a pale green bush, above it rears it's head. And thus the plane rolls on and on into the sunset's West, the hardship here before too long, reveals to you what's best.
And bravely, from a soil of rock, a desert flower does bloom and sports not any blossom soft, but more a feathery plume of softened violet. And with it's color rare, does, with the violet and red rock, a wealth of hues compare.
The golden tufts of desert grass, burnt in the heat of day does, in the glowing setting sun, present a dazzling way for travelers to feel relief from city's ugly stings. And briefly, then, to leave behind materialistic things.
