The Inevitability in Collective Human Choice

There is an aspect in the course of human events that apparently does not randomize the course of history. It's like an algebraic equation in that is solves itself down to the finality of the last denominators possible. It leads to an inevitability.

If you are among those who catch on, it is possible for individuals to step aside and avoid the upheaval, but not the collective. Those with a penchant for sociality, and a desire for popularity, will, as the saying goes, "go the way of the do do.".

Look at the pattern of history. There is a cyclical characteristic reversion to the support of an entire population area to a concerted martial effort. As history progresses, the population areas become more dense and extensive. It is noted in the labeling of such operations that the terminology begins more and more to incorporate the concept of globalism, inferring that there is an element of finality.

One interesting thing to point out at this juncture, is that, when the final global scale is reached, and when that will be is debatable, it then becomes galactic instead of global, meaning what? Man will not reach into outer space if his historic pattern is indeed inevitable. This has been illustrated by the fact that men were in space in the 1970's and then could proceed no further.

They cancel each other out because of complexities of human behavior, some of which can be coarsely described as "corruption", or more simply put, a defeat of the altruistic nature of any endeavor. It is and remains blatantly observable that such things can only be done on an individual basis. Only the individual, at great duress and hardship, in solitude and dejection, can depart from the norm. In fact that's the name of the common man and woman. No offense. Not John and Jane Doe, but Norm and Norma. With the exception, of course, that there be a Norm or Norma out there who is an individual.

Remember though, that doesn't mean that the individual is superior to the masses. I have to point out that everyone out there has great potential. No, it's something else. Who knows. Something just clicks and they's outa there. Admirable, yes. Superior, no. But of course, that also doesn't make the masses superior to the individual either. And that's the rub. Ever notice how certain creeps like to imagine themselves better than the odd one out?

Hey, it doesn't matter who's so hot, the grave don't make no never mind. But there is an element of finality here. I really have a gut feeling about this one. My sense is that when the global martialism reaches it's terminal finality, that's the point in human events when s.e.t.i. gets a blip on the scope and mankind will find out they're not alone.

You want distant projections? I've got one for you. How about this: Man, just like all dangerous animals, in a highly controlled natural setting: a global zoological institution in a sort of controlled early bronze age configuration living tribalistically in a small village situation. Early agriculture, hand-made tools of copper and bronze, ceramics and stone tools as well, no weapons, no wheels, only travel by foot or animal. That's right, buddy. You're grounded. Unless, you guessed it.

The individuals. Unless you're onea those guys. but what about them? Well, space travel at last.
