Designate Properties.
Areas of substantiation not consisting of matter, but acting as such.
The states of the physical world around us as observed from ancient times when
the scientific method was first in it's infancy conveys even until now, the same
ancient method with a few embellishments added for contemporary pizzazz. We have
attempted to describe observable matter around us in simplistic terms. We have
described three states of matter, solid, liquid and gas. These observations have
served us well throughout the centuries, if not the millennia. It's simply a
matter of leave good enough a loan, with interest of course -- or what you don't
know won't hurt your pride.
I'm sure it has occurred to many astute observers that matter itself exhibits
other characteristics: the situation of observable matter indicates that there
is something else out there; something that has properties akin to tactile
observable physical material, yet does not have all the characteristics thereof, while having many properties and characteristics of its own not observed in
physical material. It is something which I call, for want of a better word,
"designate properties".
The observation of designate properties can take place by observing and
measuring distinctive characteristics of matter in certain instances. It is a
technique of observing how matter tends to behave, as it were, beyond itself.
Physical matter in it's properties, either singular or in a combination thereof,
will exhibit tendencies beyond it's normal states in the presence of designate
properties. Matter will begin to conform to distinctive patterns not
characteristic of its makeup when contained by or interacting with other
material or characteristics around it that are not observable but nevertheless
exist.
To what extent these designate properties actually exist, if indeed they do
exist at all, which in all probability they do, may be said to be yet to be
determined though it may be impossible for humans, with our limited intellectual
prowess, to begin to comprehend how prolific this may be. Yet it is important to
have a concept of this for it may tend to help us in dealing with our cosmos and
adapting a more accurate demeanor and more functional sets of protocols in
dealing with the reality around us in a more functional and reciprocal manner.
Matter itself, said to be a solid or a liquid or gas , may actually be none of
those but actually a contiguous characteristic, noting that in many instances of
a given substance. There are many more intermediate characteristics disbursed in between these three designations. Ice, though a solid, still
maintains many of the fluid characteristics of its liquid state. In fact, it may
be safer to assume that all matter behaves as a liquid, only that it's flux is
determined by time in that the solid forms of matter are operating in a
different time flux than the liquid or gas states. Before you might jump to the
conclusion that this might be nothing more than a series of non sequitur
exercises, it might be noted that a functional knowledge in this more elaborate
frame of reference would greatly enhance our practical abilities in the
functionality of our technology and our practical applications of everyday
science.
Though you might consider it a stretch, we note that certain plasmas too hot to
be contained in any physical container, can be contained in a magnetic field
powerful enough to do so. Note that the magnetic field, while it is possible for
it to contain the plasma yet does not have actual physical properties, such as
the characteristic necessary to contain something namely, the solid aspect of
matter. Though you may claim the magnetic field to exhibit the properties of the
concept known as magnetism, which may be an erroneous one, even though it has
applications, still at all the fact that it is containing a plasma of very high
temperature thus states that said magnetic container therefore has designate
properties.
Note also our own galaxy and all the other galaxies, as well as the ecliptic
plane of the planets in our solar system, all of which have an aspect that
indicates the existence of notable designate properties that may indicate the
existence of other forms of non-substantial material that contribute to the
containance of these systems. This indicates that there may actually be
substances not only in our frame of references, but within and beyond that do
not have the properties of matter that may not be made of nuclear material or
electronic material nor have qualities that reflect light or transmit it but yet
have all the qualities of a substance not consisting of material, but of some
other type of characteristic.
