Exploitation of Labor Will Bring Retaliation 2

The Hounds of History Are Upon You.

Yes, you can hear it. The dogs of history barking. The familiar sound. The things you merchant men fear is upon you. Even though many can't see through cover-ups. They happen because they always have.

And what is this gibberish I'm attempting to put foreword? Relax. Step back. And really concentrate. Forget the pressing business of the day and switch for once into a higher realm of your sensibility.

There it is. Hear it? It's what you really fear the most. What you'll instigate war for. The revolt of the masses. Out of control. Guillotines and heads on pikes. You're not as in control as you thought you were or that you subconsciously hoped others seemingly on your side were.

But you were never in control, just like the others, those constant victims of history. I am certain. Because you are only human. Remember, Cesar, thou art but a man... ... whoops, there goes another one. One hound of history is a pet, a pack of dogs will have a man for lunch. As regularly as the planets orbit high overhead beyond your reach even if you could visit them all, it is so.

They will revolt against the unsatisfactory and the outrageous, regardless of mental conditioning, regardless of status quo, and the poor little clock maker becomes the spectacle for the mob, his head on a pike in plain view of the next Napoleon gazing from his study out the second story window.

I would like to bring an antidote for you, thinking that I cannot. Yet I alone might, not holding you in contempt, having respect for the human being. But there are barriers, for you yourselves have heaped contempt against you in your arrogance, having imagined yourselves to have arrived as some sort of gods. The futility of this can even be witnessed in the dirt of South America and the overgrown jungles of Burma.

The antidote is not to become an infection yourselves. To not be so concentrated as to meet the remedies of the repetitions of social upheaval recorded in time. The joy of the surfer is not so much in the length of the ride but in the consort of different geometries.

But what of the vulnerabilities of the philanthropist? They are targeted by the negative who in any grouping seek out those at whose expense they may prosper. There is the skill of the professional, to weave between them as a barely visible vapor, having effect in only key places, having more desire for effect than attention.

Employer and employee.  The two must see the third.  The warmth of the sunshine also causes to cast a shadow.  Yet in spite of this, cost of living can be provided by careful engineering, not always as money, but who said needs must be bought?  Ingenuity is paramount, yet it will cause to supersede the threats.  Don't forget the safety of the nomad.  Better a moving target than one who waits for doom.  Don't expect the gratitude of those you help.  The only immediate benefit perceived is the prospect of lessons learned.

So you are stuck between the discontent of the masses and the treachery of the brigand? It's doable. You can handle it. Walk carefully. Don't tip your hand. Proceed with extreme discretion and watch your back. Oh, and get used to not having any friends. Your friends are the birds and others. And then there's the friendship of a loyal dog, including the hounds of history.
