The Aggregate of Peoples |
|
The Aggregate of Peoples We the people have a mandate to form a more perfect union than previously existent, must insure a domestic tranquility and provide for, exclusively, the common defense and none other -- for the people of the people and by the people and no exclusive aggregate thereof, with no deference to any corruption thereof, ascendant or otherwise. We have since forgotten, in the business of the day, that the primary reason for business is to assure the stable living for the people of the land and the stability of their legitimate means of livelihood. To which extent, all that deviate from the common good, shall be therefore considered in breach of the law for whom punishments are set forth in the form of both fines and imprisonments in various forms and severity.
