"The Washington Monument as Seen from Arlington Tracks Between Crystal City and T-7"
1968 (The Washington Period)

As a spec-5 (sergeant equivalent of a specialist) "information specialist", I used to cross these freight tracks when walking between my base at South Fort Meyers and Temporary Building Seven.  Once I came out on a day off and sketched this scene.
