Winter Trees

"The Winter Tree Storm Vase".  6 3/4" high Circular Fancy Vase, hand-painted glaze using "Tree Storm" motif.  The work reflects the artist's feelings at the time when it was done in the year 2000, as if his artwork was like a couple of oaks on the edge of a clear-cut forest enduring the hardship of a cold hard winter.

"Winter Tree in Blue" original ceramic painting on a 6 inch tile.  This is a fired piece of ceramic that includes both the tile and the painting.  The work reflects the artist's feelings at the time when it was done in the year 2000, as if his artwork was like a beautiful tree enduring the hardship of a cold hard winter.

"Two Winter Trees in Sepia"   Original ceramic painting on a 8 by 6 inch tile.  This is a fired piece of ceramic that includes both the tile and the painting.  The work reflects the artist's feelings at the time when it was done in the year 2000, as if his artwork was like a beautiful grove of trees enduring the hardship of a cold hard winter.

"Winter  Trees on Four Tiles".  original ceramic painting on four 6-inch tiles.  This is a composite scene of four fired pieces of ceramic tile that includes both the four tiles and the single painting.  The work reflects the artist's feelings at the time when it was done in the year 2000, as if his artwork was like a stand of Cyprus trees enduring the hardship of a cold hard winter.
